• Odoo Community — open source, no licence fee; you pay only for implementation, hosting and support
• Odoo Enterprise — a per-user subscription from Odoo S.A. that adds Enterprise-only apps, upgrades and vendor support
• Odoo Online / Odoo.sh — Odoo-hosted options with their own subscription terms

Implementation is usually the largest single cost, and it depends on how many apps you roll out, how far your processes differ from standard Odoo, how much data must be migrated and how many users need training.
